One of the most debated topics in the transportation industry these days is the implementation of the TWIC card. Holt Logistics would like to remind everyone that TWIC enforcement at the Port of Philadelphia and Gloucester will begin December 30th 2008. You will need a TWIC by this date for unescorted access to all of our client marine terminals. TWIC is a biometric card that ensures workers are eligible to enter secure areas of port facilities around the country.
